Sky Oaks Ranch End-of-Year Fundraising Campaign
To our beloved Sky Oaks Ranch Community ~ friends, family and fellow creators! We are excited to announce our first ‘End of Year Ranch Fundraiser’! We are so grateful for your help in supporting the 2025 Season of immersive retreats, music gatherings and creative community experiences that will continue to fulfill the Ranch’s mission to support art, music, culture, nature and community.
It is with the deepest gratitude that we give our thanks to all of you who have brought your energy, your love, your creativity and presence to Sky Oaks Ranch… as participants, as co-creators, as visionaries, as family. Thank you for your continued support and belief over these last 10 years creating a vital ground for all of our dream making! As we say here… ‘in nature we grow.’
As this year is soon coming to a close, we are taking a moment to reflect on the successes of 2024 on the Ranch with the retreats, events and Troubadour that continue to bring our mission to life, our community together, and to put into the world more joy, more curiosity, more art, more connection and more transformational experiences that inspire us together. And we do this together and couldn’t do it without you!

In this season of giving, your donation is greatly appreciated, needed and will make a difference as we work toward the sustainability of the Ranch, to finance and be able to build new infrastructure, and to support staff and artists. Before we share more about the ways your donation can help us thrive in 2025, here is a brief recap of some of the events this year.
In 2024 we hosted seven transformational Retreats including two retreats with world renown musician, teacher and peace activist Yuval Ron; four music meditation Retreats with musicians and co-creators including David Bergeaud, Morgan Sorne, Zan Moore, Henry Finkelstein, and many others; ‘Shine’ ~ a women’s wellness retreat; in the Sky Oaks Ranch music studio, three music recording sessions with a bounty of extraordinary artists creating inspirational music… and many small gatherings of family, friends, artists and producers coming together to brainstorm, vision and be inspired by future creative gatherings and retreats for learning, wellness, creativity and inspiration.
With our two flagship creative community events! In its 2nd year Bloom ~ A Beltane Celebration, a co-creation with Sky Oaks Ranch and Earthereal Muse, brought together a magnetic enchanted celebration of May Day Rites and the Celtic seasonal ritual of Beltane.
And our beloved Troubadour Music Gathering, celebrating its 5th year of exceptional live and electronic music from some of the most talented artists in both our community and from around the world, with amazing food, people and environs!
As we begin to plan the 2025 Ranch Season, we are energized to build upon those successes, to filling the Season with these events and retreats and many more, and to continue to grow and thrive as an art and retreat center in this beautiful cradle of nature.
How can your donation help? First, we are very grateful for any amount contributed and every dollar goes into the building of the retreat center. Your donation will help support the three pillars of Sky Oaks Ranch retreat center:
* Programming - retreats, events, workshops that foster our collective wellness through the arts
* The land and infrastructure
* The artists, creators & team
In addition to our current roster of retreats and events, we are developing programs and projects, that with funding, we hope to add to the 2025 calendar and beyond. Here are some specific projects and events:
Events & Programs
* For Kids & Young Adults ~ Summer Camp weekend exploring nature and creativity
* An ambassador program to host musicians and young artists from across the globe
* A monthly concert series highlighting cultures from around the world with music and food
* Guided nature walks to discover and learn the local plants, their history, medicinal purpose
* Additional Voice and Art Retreats
Infrastructure & Land
* Tree planting & garden project
* Build the living pond
* Build additional bathrooms and showers
It takes a tremendous amount of time, money and resources to produce events and sustain the Ranch; to upkeep the land, the structures, the road, fencing and our annual weed abatement project; to support the artists and the creative team who give so much to keep the Ranch functioning and expanding, who are vital in realizing the mission.
For every person, every kid, every artist who comes to Sky Oaks Ranch, let your heart be full, your body alive, your senses awakened, your mind expanded, your belly delighted for it is the wellness of transformation that we each can make a difference first in our own wellbeing, then to our community and families and then out into the world. We are honored to be stewards of this land, to share its wonderment and to offer a canvass for us all to write our stories upon.
